Target setting is important for identifying material risks and opportunities, tracking progress, and gauging effectiveness. In 2020, ALK conducted a materiality assessment to identify areas with the highest impact on our business and stakeholders in order to outline targets in our four focus areas: `Access to allergy care´, `People´, `Environment´, and `Responsible business practices´. We have had good progress and met all our ambitions so far. In 2022 we committed to setting science-based targets and will be updating our targets in alignment with this framework for 2023 and beyond.
