The value of appreciation in the workplace is undeniable. Everybody knows that a simple gesture like saying ‘thank you’ can make someone’s day. ALK found the way how to tell your colleagues, coworkers, employees, managers how much you value them and their contribution to the job – High Five! Awards :)

This year, we changed the rules a bit and we have only one category – we recognize the exceptional performance and achievements of a short-term nature based on our cultural beliefs.

Everyone who wants to reward someone should ensure that the nomination includes examples of where the nominee has demonstrated the company's cultural beliefs and behaviors in daily work and outstanding performance.
