Cultural Ambassador Awards rules

Objective
To recognise employees who act as cultural ambassadors and make our cultural transformation a success.

Criteria
All employees (people managers excluded because of the Leadership Award) who act according to our cultural beliefs:

Do the right thing - understand your role, take ownership and get the job done, have the courage to make tough decisions
Pursue growth - think ‘people with allergy’ first, see change as an opportunity for improvement, look for better solutions
Build bridges - understand others’ perspectives, reach out to colleagues, help others to be a success
