Christmas Season in ALK GBSC!

December is a busy month for ALK GBSC Poland! Lots of things happening all at once.

We have first started with office decoration - After all It's almost Christmas.

We all gathered last Wednesday to decorate the office for Christmas! We wanted to ensure that we're ready for the upcoming holiday season. Adding a personalized touch to the festive look, we invited our colleagues to workshops prepared by Marlena.

You wouldn't believe that all we needed to create these decorations were sandwich paper, glue, a pair of scissors, and some string to hang them around the office. We dedicated our time to making them while sipping on mulled wine.

A day after we had already started getting ready for the Christmas Party, this one was particularly special because we were saying farewell to our dear colleague, and Director of GBSC and EAC. As we gathered to celebrate this time of the year, we also wanted to make sure that his departure was filled with joy and memories, so we surprised him with a thoughtful gift! It was a Lego set intended to resemble our ALK Lighthouse, as Pawel mentioned on LinkedIn - “Lighthouse, which will always keep me on the right track and show me the way back home”.

The party then continued with everyone dressed up in their Abba-inspired outfits. Some went all out, while others added subtle glittery accents. As Abba's classic songs started, we all danced like nobody was watching. Even though we were saying goodbye to our team members, the party was still filled with joy and laughter until the very end.
